This delegation allows for an ODA to act on behalf of the FAA in issuing approvals of data, substantiation, and flight manual supplements to support your aircraft repair or alteration. The ODA provides complete approved data packages which allows you to return your aircraft to service without further FAA data approval.
Cert Works ODA provides both Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) and Major Repair/Alteration (MRA) functions.
